41 were individuals and 175 participants attended events where we were giving presentations or offered a workshop at an event.

Our 2-day mental health first aid course gives participants a real overview of mental health, poor mental wellbeing, spotting signs and symptoms etc.

Listening Skills Evaluation

A 3 hour workshop on listening skills improved participants confidence and understanding on the importance of this skill when supporting people experiencing poor mental health.
